2. No Warranty or Service: Products redeemed through our points program (or points + cash) do not come with any warranty period or service. We are not responsible for any defects, malfunctions, or issues that may arise with the redeemed product after the redemption has been completed.
3. Customer Responsibility for Duties, Taxes, and Licenses: Any and all duties, taxes, and licenses applicable in your region that are incurred while shopping at nextcigar.com and nextcigar.cn, including for redeemed products, are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the points value or cash co-payment for the redemption.
4. No Reship Service: Our reship service policy does not apply to products redeemed through our points program (or points + cash). If a redeemed product is lost, damaged, or undeliverable for any reason, it will not be reshipped.
